Billing Process: Simple & Transparent
We bill an hourly rate
Our services are billed based on an agreed-upon hourly rate for surgical assistance.
Insurance is our primary payment source
We first submit claims to patient insurance for reimbursement. If insurance covers our full rate, the facility owes nothing. If insurance pays more, the excess is applied as a credit toward future cases. If insurance falls short, the remaining balance is billed to the facility.
Monthly invoicing
All cases, regardless of insurance outcome, are included in a single monthly invoice for easy tracking and payment.
